NE Human Services
Government Investigation
- Retained as a consulting expert on behalf of a health care provider to provide a market rental valuation of residential schools in Lowell, Massachusetts that were the subject of an investigation by the Office of the State Auditor and the Office of the Attorney General.

Cotuit, MA
U.S. District Court, Boston, MA
- Retained by counsel for the defendant as a testifying expert to provide a valuation of separate properties in Cotuit, MA which were the subject of claims for engineering malpractice. Properties included oceanfront land and homes. Presented defendant’s case to retired judge at private mediation.

Private Arbitration
- Retained by counsel on behalf of a property owner to provide a rental valuation of a fast food franchise to resolve a lease dispute.


Private Arbitration
- Retained by agreement of both parties as a third party arbitrator to determine value of lease for property in Boston’s North End.

FDIC vs National Fire Insurance Company
U. S. District Court, New Jersey
- Deposed as a fact witness in a lawsuit against officers and directors of City Fed Financial Corporation. Deposition was based on appraisal work for a consortium of 14 lending institutions in December 1989 regarding assets in the Port Liberte master planned community consisting of 1,650 residential units and one million square feet of commercial space located on the New Jersey side of the New York harbor.
