- Developed proprietary transactional analyses and market studies for non-revenue generating real estate owned by major transit agencies, including Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority, New York State Thruway, Chicago Transit Authority and Bay Area Rapid Transit.

Newton Centre Station
– This landmark train station has been leased and used as a retail facility since 1987. We developed a feasibility analysis to assist with ownership decisions regarding leasing or selling the asset. Newton Centre Station was designed by H.H. Richardson and built circa 1900.

MBTA Station
Market Rental Analysis of Concourse Space
– This evaluation supported operating decisions concerning leased assets in subway stations. The 54,000 square foot portfolio included ATM kiosks, concourse retail, street level retail, office space, storage space, restaurants and a daycare center

Massachusetts Association of Realtors Headquarter
s – Our firm completed extensive feasibility studies for a 7,500 square foot office building located at a 1.5 acre site with excellent exposure to Route 128 to help MAR decide whether to build a new headquarters, move or renovate the existing building


Tsongas Arena
Tsongas Arena, Lowell, MA
– We appraised the unencumbered market value and the existing value in use of the 7,600 seat multi-purpose arena for the City of Lowell. The purpose of the valuation was to estimate a sale price for negotiations with the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
