The project was funded with a combination of equity from the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, tax-exempt bonds, and a variety of other public programs.
Completed a series of market valuations for an assemblage of 20 separate properties in downtown Lowell, MA. Property included historic mills, commercial buildings and vacant land. The Hamilton Canal District plan envisioned a new transit-oriented, mixed-use neighborhood.
Developed several market and investment valuation scenarios, including DCF modelling, for a mixed-income, apartment building with expiring M.G.L. Sec. 13A restrictions, located in the Fenway neighborhood.
